This introductory special topics course opens the door to creative approaches, materials, and processes not typically covered in foundation courses. When offered these courses provide an opportunity to experiment, play, and discover new ways of making. From unconventional tools to emerging studio practices, students will develop confidence in exploration while expanding their artistic vocabulary.
