HLTH 280: Pathophysiology for the Health Professions

This course enables health care students to understand the basics of pathophysiologic processes, such as illness, injury, risk factors for disease, and how these physical processes can impact other body systems. Also discussed are how genetics, developmental, cultural, and environmental factors can impact illnesses across the life span.
